Mario Bernard Williams, Partner Emeritus and Of Counsel at Williams Oinonen LLC, is a constitutional and civil rights specialist who has extensive experience working in business litigation, employment law, and serious injury cases at Williams Oinonen LLC. Mr. Williams also concurrently heads Nexus Derechos Humanos Inc. where he oversees a national high impact litigation practice.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Williams’ political clients include federal, state, and local elected officials throughout Georgia. He has extensive experience in campaign strategy, opposition research and policy analysis for elections and has worked on multiple successful campaigns for United States congressmen, mayors, county CEOs, as well as state senators and representatives. Mario Williams completed service as city councilman to Clarkston, Georgia.
Mr. Williams graduated with honors from Morehouse College in Political Science and obtained his law degree at Lewis and Clark in Portland, Oregon.
Esther Moody Graff Radford works in all areas of our civil litigation practice. Ms. Graff-Radford graduated 7th in her class at Emory University School of Law in 2009 and clerked for the late Judge William C. O’Kelley in the Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Graff-Radford is passionate in her pro bono representation of detained asylum-seekers of which her fluency in French and other languages helps these clients.
She is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts, the Northern District of Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Outside the law, Ms. Graff-Radford loves reading, hiking, and pursuing a myriad of creative hobbies with her three children.
Muna Claxton works as an experienced civil trial litigator with over 13 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Minnesota and Georgia State School of Law, Ms. Claxton has clerked for the Honorable Justice Robert Benham of the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Honorable Penny Brown-Reynolds, of Fulton County State Court.
She enjoys service to her community and has volunteered with the Georgia Innocence Project in addition to her involvement with the National Employment Lawyers Association of Georgia, Gate City Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association over the years. In addition to being a seasoned litigator, Ms. Claxton is a devoted mother to a set of beautiful twins.
Chanel Patrick assists in all areas of our civil litigation practice. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, she is the first in her family to attend college and receive an advanced degree. Ms. Patrick obtained her degrees from the University of Missouri and North Carolina Central University School of Law. She is admitted into practice with the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States Northern District of Georgia.
Ms. Patrick has a passion for leading and advocating for others. She is an avid volunteer with Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta and she has received awards for her involvement with the State Bar of Georgia’s Labor and Employment Mentorship Academy along with the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys' Professional Development Academy. She is also an active member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and Gate City Bar Association.
